Thanking the Lord for such an awesome team at the St Cloud Discount Tire store. Jesse hooked me up with just the right set of tires and new rims, Bobby did a precise job on a flawless install: the mount and balance, and brother Tyler composed it all in a perfect flow. They all always treat me with such total respect, in that they appreciate my business and sincerely care that my experience is top class, in order to build a lasting relationship. Yeah, I've been a decades long customer and highly recommend this team and Discount Tire entirely, as a dependable tire company. They're family to me!

I have only been to Discount Tire a few times, but I honestly don't think you could find better Customer Service in any industry as top notch as the team at Discount Tire! WOW! Customer service is a rarity these days, but they have restored some of my faith that there are still great people in the world that can truly provide such great customer service! Every person I worked with while there was so polite and friendly! Thank You Discount Tire for an amazing experience! Also, it is asking me how I felt about the price, ummmm..... they didn't charge me to repair a slow leak in my tire, so FREE doesn't cost anything! lol

The staff was very busy but took the time to explain the service and what was found during inspection. Staff was very professional and pleasant. The inspection provided some insight into future maintenance, and staff explination and suggestions were spot on.

My first experience with Discount Tire. Jesus was incredible in his attention to detail and finding the tires that worked best for my needs. The store was clean and all the staff were engaged and positive. It was really an unexpected pleasure in situation that was a bit unexpected for me (flat tire!).

Everybody was super friendly and helpful. They even let me borrow a store jack (they offered, I didn’t even ask!) which made my experience SO MUCH EASIER, as I had to swap out my tire/replace it/put it back on, then come back for my other three! It was a mess and everybody was so helpful and kind. 10/10 will go back. Super slick tires, and I ordered them online/set up the appointment really easily.
